Delete your WashNgo account

Until verification by phone code is live, request deletion by email. Write to admin@washngo.in from the email on your account, or include the mobile number on your account, with the subject “Delete my WashNgo account”. You can also request deletion in the WashNgo app under Account, then Settings.

What happens after you request deletion

You are signed out on every device at once.
Your personal data (name, phone, email, addresses, vehicles and wash photos) is erased within 30 days.
Invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years, as tax law requires, with only the amounts, dates and GST details.
